Dear Author, Participant,

Firstly, let me thank you all for your contribution as a chair, moderator, speaker or participant at Water Loss Europe!

We are now writing to all speakers/participants to consolidate main points previously discussed:

1. please find the final conference program at the following link:

- Please check when your presentation is scheduled and the timings allowed for each within your session

- All presentations are 20 minutes, including time for discussion at the end of each presentation

- You must bring your presentation (named with you for uploading on the day in the specific conference room. In addition you are also welcome to send your final presentation via email to Massimo Santi ( prior to the event (but no later than 20 May). Files should be labeled  ‘xx_ Presenter name’, where ‘xx’ is the two digit number (eg: 19_Bazzurro) against your presentation in the final program.

- You are kindly requested to be in the room where you will be presenting at least 10 min in advance the beginning of the session, to introduce yourself to the session chair and provide him with a very short CV to better introduce you to the audience.

3. All Participants and registered accompanying persons are invited to the IWC Welcome Reception in the Castle of Ferrara from 19:00 to 20:30 on Wed. 23 May

2. All Participants and registered accompanying persons are welcome to attend the Conference Banquet at 20:00 on 24 May at Sala Borsa near the Ferrara Castle (Largo Castello), but please let us know at your arrival at the registration desk if you intend to take up this invitation for badging and catering purposes

Important Note

We would like to remind you that :

- the first day of the conference will be at University of Ferrara at Via Savonarola, 9, at walking distance from recommended hotels and the Ferrara Castle

- the second and third day of the conference will be at Ferrara Fair at Via della Fiera, 11. Buses will transport all Participants from Hotel Ferrara (in front of the Castle) to the Fair and back. Departure from Hotel Ferrara is at 08:30.

Registration and Information desk

Participants can pick up their personal conference material at the registration desk.

The conference secretariat will be available to assist you during the conference.

- Desk at University of Ferrara (ground floor, 23 May): 08:30 – 17:00

- Desk at Ferrara Fair (1st floor – room B, 24-25 May): 09:00 – 17:00

At the desk is placed a message board to display messages to other delegates.
