Through the registration procedure you can subscribe to the Conference and choose the Accomodation preferences (optional) The organization has a limited number of rooms at the Hotel of the historical center of Ferrara, available at an affordable price. Please register as soon as possible!

Instead of the online procedure you can fill and send the PDF registration form.

Conference Fees

Conference fees include the proceedings, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference as well as welcome reception and  conference banquet.

Early bird (until March 15, 2012) Regular fee
IWA member EUR 480 EUR 600
Non-member EUR 600 EUR 720

For participants from lower income countries (according to IWA list available here) discounts have been arranged by the organising committee. The low income country fees are:

For Undergraduate or official PhD students the Conference fee is always EUR 300. In this case please send via email to secretary@waterlosseurope.com your data and a copy of an official document regarding your student status. How to reach Ferrara

Ferrara is in the north of Italy, in Emilia-Romagna, half an hour from Bologna.

The nearest airports are Bologna and Venice.
